I went to my friend’s baby shower last night and ate the most amazing cheesecake. I have quite the sweet tooth and cheesecake is one of my favorites. My problem is a lack of time. I would love to spend hours in the kitchen baking but its just not possible so when I taste something as delicious as this no bake cheesecake was and then find out how quick and easy it was to prepare, I have to know more! Come to find out, it was from a mix and all she did was add cream cheese and coolwhip and leave it in the fridge to chill! I was in love. Apparently there are tons of flavor choices like Crème Brulee, Cinnabun, Chocolate Covered Strawberry, Pineapple and many more. She found them at her farmers market so I am heading there this weekend and can’t wait to see what all I have been missing out on!
